Turnaround Time Specifications

Your order will typically be dispatched within 1-2 working days to be with you  in our standard turnaround of 3-5 working days. While we aim to get this to you sooner, we cannot always guarantee this.

To ensure a timely dispatch, please provide FINAL PRINT READY artwork to Star Print before 5pm and sign off on the PDF proof by email before 6pm.

Please note that during exceptionally busy periods, the turnaround time may be extended, but we will always update our website to inform you before you place your order.

Artwork Specifications for Compliment Slip Printing

• Finished size should be 210 x 99mm (216 x 105mm including bleed)
• Include 3mm bleed on all sides
• Supply as a CMYK PDF
• Outline or embed fonts
• 300dpi resolution

Delivery Specifications

• We offer free, white label next day delivery to most mainland UK postcodes.
• Most of our deliveries are sent through either DPD or Evri, depending on the quantity and specification of your order.
• Tracking for your shipment will be available after these have been dispatched
• We can delivery to any Mainland UK address for free, excluding deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands. If you require specific pricing on any addresses/postcodes that may fall under these please let us know.
